Katy Perry feiert Musikvideo zur neuen Single „Daisies“!

Katy Perry ist schwanger und feiert nicht nur diese Tatsache seit einiger Zeit mit ihren Fans, sondern veröffentlicht genau in dieser Zeit die erste Single zu ihrem kommenden Album. „Daisies“ heißt der Song, der heute direkt mit Musikvideo erschienen ist.

Mit der Ballade “Never Worn White” hat Katy Perry nicht nur eine Single samt Video veröffentlicht, sondern auch die News über ihre Schwangerschaft gleich dazu. Und auch im Video zeigt sich Katy Perry mit rundem Bäuchlein und mit einem “Bald-Mama-Glow”. Heute veröffentlichte sie ihre neue Single “Daisies”, die natürlich auch ihre Lieblingsblume ist und sie ebenfalls hochschwanger zeigt.

Das fünfte Studio Album kommt

Das Video ist – sicherlich aufgrund der Corona-Zeit – super schlicht gehalten und wirkt sehr amateurhaft. Ich würde sagen, so haben wir Katy Perry tatsächlich noch nie gesehen und das Video fällt absolut aus der Reihe der Katy Videographie. „Daisies“ ist die erste Single vom kommenden Katy Perry Album, das wohl im August diesen Jahres erscheinen soll.

So ganz verstehe ich nicht, wieso Katy Perry uns nicht wieder die Banger abliefert, die sie bis zum „Prism“-Album zu einer der größten Künstlerinnen im Pop gemacht haben. „Daisies“ klingt etwas wie „Malibu“ von Miley Cyrus und nach nichts, was wir so nicht schon gehört haben. Es ist ein netter Song auf einer Platte, aber für mich die enttäuschendste erste Single von Katy. Im Vergleich ist „Never Really Over“ rückblickend doch ein echter Banger gewesen, oder? / Berry
